This will take you to a booking form where you will fill in your information so that I can get in touch and we can further discuss your wedding day. I'll reach out by whichever contact method you put down but most popular is email or text. From here depending on if you are ready to book off the bat or still have some questions, I'll send a proposal to your email including all the details of the wedding package you're interested in, the total price, agreement, and payment portal.

Once you click the 'Book Now' button under the wedding video package of your choice, you'll be redirected to a booking form. After the booking form is filled out, you'll be contacted via email where we can discuss the details of your wedding day, confirm my availability and have your questions answered. A Phone call/Video chat is also available. When you feel it's a good fit you'll receive a proposal via email that includes all the information regarding your wedding video package, an agreement to sign, and a payment portal. A small retainer is required to secure your date so I can turn others away and focus on your wedding day. Once the retainer is paid, you are officially booked and will receive an email with 48 hours to confirm your booking.

Once you have gone through the booking process and signed the agreement, you'll be directed to the payment portal. Here you'll be asked to pay a retainer which will be deducted from the total amount of whichever package you chose. This allows me to save your wedding date in my calendar and decline other potential weddings. After receiving the retainer payment to book your wedding date, you then just owe the remaining total. Payments can be split up bi - weekly, monthly or however works best for you. The total is due a week before the wedding at the latest.

Because of Copyright laws, I am unable to include popular mainstream music in your video. It can cost thousands of dollars to even get a license to use them. However I have access to thousands of copyright free songs that I can include and always go off the vibe of the couple. If you're more into country I can use country themed music that is copyright free. If you don't have a preference on music I use the music that I think best fits your wedding video to give it the best possible impact.

The length of your wedding video depends on 2 things. The amount of time you have me booked on your wedding day. What you have planned during your wedding day. A wedding that has a ring ceremony, wedding games, dancing, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and send off will most likely have a longer video than a wedding with just a ceremony and receiving line. With that being said, the average length of wedding video I deliver can be anywhere from 6-8 minutes. With a 8-10 hr wedding with speeches, vows, dancing, interviews etc. you could expect a longer video more around 8 - 12 minutes. It all depends and what you have planned on your wedding day.

I use the Sony FX3 which is a Netflix Approved camera. I know it's kind of crazy, I still can't get over it myself. The Sony FX3 has internal cooling fans to ensure it never overheats and shuts down during a wedding day. This allows for me to record all day long while not having to worry about giving my camera a rest to cool down. There's a million different features I love about the FX3 that make it a complete wedding day workhorse, but just know you will get the best possible quality with this camera.

No later than 2 months. Depending on the volume of weddings that are being worked on in a month, the amount of time a wedding video takes to edit can vary. On average you can expect to receive your wedding video within 2 weeks to a month after filming. During busier seasons like the summer and spring, you can expect a turn around closer to 2 months. I do my best to keep in contact with couples giving frequent updates on their video and keep an open line of communication up to wedding video delivery. And sometimes after (if you are super cool ;))
